Absorbs surface heat and keeps it from traveling to adjoining surfaces that may be damaged by excessive heat.

DIRECTIONS.

1. Apply a generous amount of Bloc-It Paste to the area to be protected. The actual amount will vary depending on the individual operation being performed.

2. Spread out the Bloc-it Paste with your fingertip to eliminate voids and air pockets. This assures a good bond to the surface for better heat protection.

3. Be sure to cover the entire surface to be protected with Bloc-It Paste. Actual tests have shown that spreading out the paste over a larger surface area will absorb significantly more heat than the same amount of paste applied in a thick layer over a smaller surface area.

4. Complete soldering, brazing, or welding operation in usual manner.

5. Remove paste with damp cloth or water.
